Manfred Gerstenfeld
Dr. Manfred Gerstenfeld (1937-2021) was the former chairman of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs (2000-2012). He was an international business strategist for forty years—advising various boards of Forbes 500 companies—and was the 2012 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award issued by the Journal for the Study of Anti-Semitism. In 2015, he received the International Leadership Award from the Simon Wiesenthal Center and four years later, the Canadian Institute of Jewish Research handed Gerstenfeld the International Lion of Judah Award in recognition of him as the leading international scholar on contemporary antisemitism. In 2013, Haaretz described Gerstenfeld as "the greatest authority on anti-Semitism today." His writings have been featured in countless periodicals, the world over, including The Jerusalem Post and The Algemeiner. He wrote books—which were translated in six languages—on a wide range of topics, including antisemitism, Israeli politics and environmental issues.
